Meet the Skippers
Our boats are skippered by friends David & Matthew with logistical help from their wife's Sarah & Lucy.
David retired from the professional business world during in which sailing was a well earned stress relief on the occasional weekend. Since retirement he has become a qualified RYA instructor and MCA skipper.
Matthew was the owner and principal of SBT (Solent Boat Training) in Southampton until 2022. Having sold SBT he is now focusing on relaxed Solent charter skippering.
With 20 years of experience and tens of thousands of miles mostly on the south coast they welcome you aboard the yachts of Solent Boat Charters.
